1. Everything is energy. Everything transforms from within. I don't separate the spiritual from the emotional or the physical. My approach is integrative: if you want to change your life, you first change your energy, your vibration, and your inner story.
2. Your inner child holds the key. A big part of my message is: "You don't need to become strong, you need to go home." That home is the forgotten, rejected, or used child who needs to be acknowledged by her parents and the world in order to grow from love.
3. Feeling is not weakness, it's power. I make crying, fear, emotional trembling, and collapse sacred. I teach that feeling everything is what allows you to let go of everything.
4. Being authentic is worth more than being perfect. My emotional realism is my power. I can be broken, emotional, tired, or vibrant... and it shows the same. That consistency is part of my impact.
5. Your body is a channel. The body is part of the transformation. I talk a lot about the womb, heart, throat, and soul as sacred channels that need to be unblocked and moved.
6. Pain is not your enemy, it's your teacher. My gaze doesn't seek to avoid pain but to enter it, learn from it, and then emerge stronger.
7. The soul has a plan, and God doesn't make mistakes. I believe in a deep purpose and a spiritual connection that guides the processes, even when they seem dark or meaningless.

My Philosophy of Life
Who is Erika?
Erika is a high-impact TRAINER and emotional spiritual facilitator known for my deeply authentic, emotional, and disruptive style. I guide women who want to heal their inner child, release emotional hardness, awaken their feminine energy, and reconnect with their personal power.
What characterizes me?
My real, unmasked presence: I show myself crying, in chaos, expanding, connecting from vulnerability without fear of breaking stereotypes of perfection.
My emotional + spiritual approach: I blend concepts of energy, body, emotional trauma, feminine cycles, God/Universe, and inner healing.
Using the body as a channel for healing: dance, breathwork, visualizations, somatic expression.
Raw yet poetic language: My sentences are simple, but they penetrate deeply because they are born from my own story.
Issues I work with:
- Emotional wounds from childhood (inner child, abandonment, humiliation)
- Emotional dependency, external validation, empty relationships
- Emotional expression, feeling as medicine
- Reconciliation with the body, feminine energy, and sexuality. Spiritual processes, reconnection with God and the soul.

Communication Style:
- I don't sell from perfection, I sell from my transformed chaos
- I use emotional reels with music, powerful phrases, and intimate visuals
- I believe in transformation through emotional truth, not just mental tools of my Gifts.
- I have helped more women identify and achieve results by working on their mind, body, and spirituality.
- I have been making this happen for two years, and I have also trained with other mentors such as TONNY ROBBINS, JAVIER RODRIGUEZ, PERCY VALDIVIA, and JOE DISPENSA.
- I also have a long life story.
